insert Youtube video into TinyMCE
Tested with: TinyMCE 3.3.9, TinyMCE 3.4.xxx

Installation
============
* Extract the zip to the TinyMCE plug-ins folder.
* Add youtube to the plug-ins configuration.
* Add youtube to the theme_advanced_buttons_n configuration.
